I'm a mom, athlete, cancer survivor, and the founder of FINEOUT.Like many women, I've spent years trying to balance work, family, health, and everything else life throws our way. I've learned firsthand that lasting results don't come from extreme diets or perfect routines. They come from building simple habits and staying consistent, even when life gets busy.After navigating cancer treatment, recovery, motherhood, and a demanding career, I realized that most women don't need another complicated plan.
